Junior Software Development Back End

Emerging technologies academy. Three consultants as Junior Developers with experience within Backend, frontend and business analyzing. To work in CEVT emerging technology team during a year and afterwards the ambition is to hire them as a full-time employee of CEVT. The team will work in a highly dynamic team where focus and goals can change rapidly. Hence the team will need a broad knowledge base and a very intense intellectual curiosity. It is therefore mandatory that the supplier provides the consultants with continues training during the period of a minimum 4 trainings, one whole day per each training. The training should be to deepen the knowledge listen under “requirements”.

The candidate should at least have a 5-year engineering education with a profile towards software development, computer science, rapid prototyping etc. Proven entrepreneurial skills is also preferred.

As emerging tech, candidate will work closely with the service development department, also known as the software factory. candidate will work in a product team which lead by a product owner together with
fellow colleges. The main activities of the daily work will consist of development of the back-end services and participate in the life-cycle of develop digital products for the automotive industry. Innovation will
involve the emerging tech team for certain innovation activities and innovation process training regarding. Candidate will understand the way to develop an automotive digital product and also the
process to come with automotive innovation.

Requirements:
+ Develop digital services together with the product team
+ Develop unit tests and function test for the product
+ Participate in test & quality activities for the product
+ Participate in daily stands up, sprint reviews, planning session and retrospectives
+ Work together with other product teams to learn and support during development
+ Work with other organization outside the service development team to understand the business

Competence:

+ Familiar with Java/GoLang or similar coding language
+ Familiar with Python or other scripting language
+ Familiar with Linux environment
+ Familiar with tools: Jira / Confluence / Git /

+ Familiar with Cloud environment; Amazon Web Services / Google Cloud /Azure
