The company is growing and is now looking for Scrum Master within our new Business Tech organization.
As a Scrum Master, you will work in a team of highly competent people with advanced ServiceNow platform which is used globally in H&M Group. We strive for compliance, quality, efficiency, and act as a servant leader.
Today we are 3 different teams working together in the same backlog to achieve the transformation to a non-customized platform where there is a deadline. You must be a connector & collaborator, positive and energetic and easily connect with people, and you build trust and relationships at all levels.
You will be an important piece in this ongoing transformation that has a high pace, and you must feel confident to drive an internal team in collaboration with 2 external team in the same backlog.
What you will do
Support the PO and own parts of the transformation all from Communication, planning to establish a great delivery.
Coaching the team on how to be more autonomous, self-organized, and high performing.
Help everyone in the team, or interacting with the team, to understand Scrum theory, practices, rules, and values (teaches, coaches, facilitates).
Ensuring that the team understands and applies the Agile and DevOps mindset.
Helping the teams understand and effectively conduct Scrum events.
Help the Team break down high level ideas/problems into well-defined and actionable stories.
Keeping the team focused on its mission, if needed shielding the team from interruptions.
Representing the team in cross-Product Area/Domain alignment meetings and/or other cross-Product Area events.
Making the team continuously inspect and adapt their product as well as their way of working (e.g., follow up burn-down or cumulative flow diagrams and other KPI:s)
Skills & Requirements
You have a solid experience as a Scrum Master. You can explain deep subject matter situations relating your area to all stakeholders within the Group. You are a team player and excellent communicator.
You feel confident in close collaboration and dialog with stakeholders and vendors.
Have several years of experience as a Scrum Master working with service delivery or platform management.
Are a natural leader with an interest in both people and technology, with excellent coaching skills and you bring a high level of energy and motivation.
Have competence within different agile frameworks and supporting tools.
Have strong problem-solving skills – able to find solutions in complex situations and involve various stakeholders.
Have an understanding what monitoring is and what the importance is of having insights, but also understand the complexity surrounding it.
Experience with closely working with developers and tech teams
Ability to adapt the fast-paced constant changes.
