Job Description

Are you an experienced procurement specialist who enjoys turning complex business and IT requirements into practical sourcing strategies? This assignment offers the opportunity to support a strategic carve-out project, helping secure the procurement activities needed to protect the transition timeline, enable Day-1 readiness, and prepare the future organization for supplier mobilisation and delivery.

You will lead IT category sourcing activities, from supplier-market scans and procurement planning to RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contracting. Working closely with business, IT, Architecture, Security, Legal, and Procurement stakeholders, you will translate requirements into supplier criteria, commercial models, and transparent evaluation structures.

The role also involves managing procurement milestones and dependencies, coordinating supplier onboarding and handover, and maintaining a consolidated view of supplier selection, timelines, commercial assumptions, risks, and decisions. You will contribute procurement input to programme reporting, budget discussions, and Steering Committee decision material.

You should be comfortable independently executing qualified procurements, supporting internal stakeholders on contract and procurement matters, and working with call-offs against framework agreements. Experience with LUF procurement processes, IT sourcing, and complex transition environments is particularly relevant to the assignment.
