Interim Head of Developer Experience & Cloud Shared Services

We are looking for an interim leader to establish and drive a shared development platform, ensuring smooth and secure cloud transformation while fostering collaboration across development, operations, and security. Your mission is to create a world-class developer experience with a scalable, robust, and user-friendly platform that enables innovation and high productivity. You will lead two teams (approx. 35 people) and focus on driving the transformation of development platforms and working methods. Strategic, technically skilled, and hands-on leadership is key to securing progress and impact in this role.
