We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our CIO Office as part of our esteemed client’s Leadership team. Reporting directly to the CIO, this pivotal role demands a blend of strategic oversight and operational excellence in the realms of IT strategy, governance, and cybersecurity.
Lead and manage the Service Management Office, Cyber – Risk and Compliance, and Communication teams.
Oversee the development and implementation of IT strategies and operational models.
Responsible for IT governance frameworks, policies, business models, Service Catalogue, procedures, and other relevant artifacts.
Optimize IT operational models to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness of Group IT Services.
Manage a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy to safeguard organizational assets and data.
Establish effective communication channels within the IT department and with internal and external stakeholders.
Develop and implement frameworks and processes for Performance Management.
Ensure high-quality and reliable delivery of IT services.
Proven experience in IT leadership roles, including team management.
A seasoned, inspiring, and inclusive leader who embraces ownership and fosters engagement.
Structured and analytical thinker with an agile approach, adept at solving problems and making decisions in uncertain business situations.
Self-motivated with a business-oriented and solution-focused mindset.
