Experienced .NET Solution Lead – Driving CRM & Marketing Innovation

We are seeking a senior .NET developer/solution lead to manage and evolve our CRM applications with integrations to Adobe Campaign and core systems. You will engage closely with business stakeholders to refine requirements and expand services across markets. In this role, you’ll lead by example, coach team members, and drive delivery with a focus on sales and marketing. Current priorities include enhancing our cloud-based .NET solutions in Azure, building React micro frontends, optimizing integrations, automating processes, establishing CI/CD pipelines, containerizing apps in OpenShift, and applying Infrastructure as Code with Bicep. Strong emphasis is placed on modern design patterns, resilient architectures, and test-driven development.
