Experienced IT Infrastructure Consultant for Microsoft-Based Environments

We are looking for a skilled IT Infrastructure Consultant to strengthen our internal IT operations. This is a second-line support role for someone with deep experience in troubleshooting and maintaining IT infrastructure—especially within Microsoft ecosystems. You’ll manage tickets beyond basic support, optimize server/network setups, and ensure smooth operations in environments including Microsoft servers, end-user systems, and conference room equipment. Your structured mindset and communication skills will be key in solving problems and documenting infrastructure changes.
