Our Client is executing on the Card Simplification strategy aiming to create a foundation for the next generation card payments. The objective is to provide our customers with effective an efficient means to do and manage their card payments. The Card Simplification Programme (CSP) is a Nordic initiative engaging people within Business and Technology within both our client and our partners.
The scope of CSP is to introduce a common Card Management solution and to transform into one common operating model. The future solution will speed up time to market, reduce costs and operational risk and to smoothen the customer journey.
You will be part of a Nordic team responsible to drive Pilot and Migrations activities with the aim to successfully migrate Card Portfolios to our chosen vendor for card processing. In this role you will contribute with your experience in card data migration activities, facilitate workshops, documentation, stakeholder management etc. You will work closely with the Epic Owner and related transition team to ensure good customer experience during the migration event.
You will report to the Nordic Card Migration Lead and related Epic Owners and can be located in any of the Nordic countries, but preferably in Copenhagen, Denmark.
In your role as Card Pilot and Migration Driver you will be responsible for
Key deliverables / responsibilities
Overall drive card data migration tasks in professional and timely manner with high quality without noticeable impact on cardholders
Define and manage card pilot and migration set-up and content, including requirements definitions in accordance with SAFe Agile practices
Analyse and manage card migration data as preparation for pilots and migration
Identify and support business and tech co-existence between As-Is and To-Be pre- and post-migration
Plan and monitor progress together with own team and allocated resources from all involved parties in accordance with SAFe Agile practices
Actively manage key stakeholders to the assignment
Mid to senior level experience of card migration in retail banking and/or payment card industry.
Experience in data quality management, processes and procedures in card data migration context
Experience in co-existence identification, design and implementation
Ability to lead a small delivery team, providing support, guidance and direction to both direct and indirect reports
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, experienced in operating in complex matrix structures
Solid understanding of SAFe Agile delivery structure; ceremonies, techniques, methodologies, and best practices (Waterfall and Agile).
