Job Description

The CX insights and analytics team is currently looking for an experienced implementation lead, who can help in rolling out different feedback programs along the consumer journey (Example Customer Care feedback program) and lead the technical integration of data sources into the feedback platform.

We are looking for someone who has great communication skills, works in a structured way, is not afraid of driving projects forward, and knows how to keep stakeholders informed.

We are looking for a person who understands technical developments, but more important are the project & stakeholder management/communications skills.
