Job Description

Vehicle Verification and Value Confirmation (eART V3c) drive continuous integration and verification of the products. Our main objective is to support all developing streams with securing representative test systems, with right status, in right time and place. The main goal is to enable that our company can release products with a content that is verified and proven integrated. All teams within our eART are self-organizing, agile, and incorporates organizational cross functional roles.

Our Contribution
In the Verification team we handle all test need that aims towards verification of the intended product. The test need is detailed on capability and product level. Representative test objects are discussed and in many cases new objects must be ordered. We handle this in our eART as well.

We own, prioritize, and decide Minimum Content for specific Integrations points with the aid of physical verification strategies and tactics.

We own and decide physical test object specifications for specific integration points. We own and govern the fulfillment level of minimum content verification within specific physical test objects as well as decide and recommend on deviation decisions.
We support and recommend on Stop or GO decisions for specific integration points and we support and confirm the physical verification scope with the aid of Minimum Content for each integration point.

We facilitate suitable forums to secure verification decisions. We organize and facilitate verification maturity demos together with relevant roles within eART V3c, ARTs, Attribute, VSSE, Release Office and other relevant users.

Do you fit the profile to become our new team member?
We are looking for a person with a University degree in Engineering or similar corresponding knowledge. In addition, you will need good knowledge from the overall product development process, VPDS and from Product Engineering Framework (PEF). We see that you have a broad experience from different technical areas as well as experience from SW development or integration of SW and HW.

You need to have proven knowledge and skills in Agile Way of Working & SAFe training, Physical verification methods from experience, A&V cross P&Q and experience from verification or coordinating/planning work.

Beneficial would be if you have previous good practical and theoretical vehicle knowledge and practical knowledge of attribute verification or design aspects.

Your personality is key to fit this role and we are looking for a person that have social skills with a positive attitude together with integrity and professionalism. A willingness to develop your competence describes your personality and you focus on quality and have an interest of improvement of daily business work methods.

You need to be able to independently plan, manage and control your work towards fulfilment of program and unit objectives. It feels natural for you to work proactively and independently.

Finally, you have a positive approach to Agile WoW and SAFe and you are fluent in English (written and spoken). Driving license is a must.

Previous experience from PVM job within 91000/94000/97000 is a strong merit
