Job Description

Role and responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for incidents related to End User Hardware, VDI & OSD task sequences
  • Proactively involved in service improvement and problem management
  • Be part of project resource involved in design and project implementation.
  • Regular Coordination with Service Managers.

 

Technical Skills & Expertise:

  • Good knowledge of SharePoint on premise.
  • Install and administer SharePoint on premise.
  • Maintain and update SharePoint on premise.
  • Troubleshoot SharePoint issues.
  • SharePoint support and end-user training.
  • SharePoint backup and restore.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 environment and apps.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 admin centres, including (but not limited to) service health, policies, analytics and audit log reports.
  • Microsoft 365 retention, legal hold, and backup and recovery.
  • Excellent knowledge of SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Teams.
  • Good knowledge of Azure and Power Platform is a plus. Especially Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI.
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 issues including (but not limited to) SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Planner, Forms and Viva.
  • Microsoft 365 support and end-user training.
  • Develop future strategies for Microsoft 365 products and services.
  • Create new guidelines.

 

Desired Characteristics:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or similar.
  • At least 5 years’ experience as SharePoint or Microsoft 365 administrator.
  • Good knowledge of SQL Server, Windows Server, and PowerShell.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good people skills and communication skills.
  • Good time-management skills.
