IT strategist to primarily backfill existing role, due to sick leave. Primary work area is Performance Management for two of our Business Areas, using OKR methodology and facilitating Quarterly Business Reviews for the same. Other tasks are expected, such as supporting in developing the IT strategy framework and creating communication materials related to strategic direction. It is beneficial to have experience from performance and portfolio management in a scaled agile context.

Strategic mindset, broad experience in IT and digital transformation.
Experienced in stakeholder management from senior management to executive level.
Excellent communicator verbally and in writing.
Skilled in using Excel and PowerPoint to visualize strategic direction and to define and track performance targets.
