Job Description

Deceleration department, is a part of Vehicle Platform and we are responsible for the vehicle braking and we develop for conventional and AD controlled vehicles.

We expand in-house development to today’s supplier developed SW solutions and research future systems for our portfolio, such as brake by wire and redundant systems. We work with platform solutions where we strive to lead and shape the development on future platforms. We want you to be a part of our innovative journey in creating the next generation of cars.

What you’ll do
• Utilize strong software background to oversee and manage software-related tasks and projects.
• Independently and in teams verify functionality in vehicles as well as in rigs and lab environment
• Coordinate and execute software releases, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of software components.
• Act as the main point of contact and responsible person between our internal teams and external suppliers.
• Manage and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, including software requirement specification (SWRS) management.
• Develop and execute the software release plan, as well as coordinate verification and validation (V&V) activities.
• Ensure the quality, safety, and compliance of the component throughout the development process.
• Review and provide support to suppliers regarding necessary documentation.

You will create the next generation systems for brakes.

We are looking for you that have passion for SW with several years of hands on experience in SW development. You enjoy working close to the product and testing your theories in practice. You are creative and want to contribute to a positive and constructive atmosphere in the team. You have good communication and documentation skills in English.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in software development and management.
• Strong knowledge of brake system is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with automotive industry standards and regulations is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Vector-tools, CANoe
• Function safety knowledge (ISO 26262), A-SPICE
• Vehicle diagnostics (UDS). CAN/CAN-FD.
