Job Description
As a Scrum Master you will support teams adopting Agile values and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban or others) while bringing your experience setting up ceremonies and improving ways of working. You will drive to build autonomous and resilient teams. You will foster a continuous improvement culture, encourage value creation and promote feedback mindset.
In this role you will have great opportunities to influence our way of working and drive continuous improvements together with the teams. You will collaborate with Release train engineer and other Scrum Masters to grow within the role. You will contribute to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization sharing your experiences and knowledge.
Please note that this position is within Cab department, working with designing exterior plastic parts and not software.
You need to have experience from being a design engineer, either as CAD engineer or ETL, but now will be scrum master for 100%.
