Job Description

The position is of a Supply Chain Coordinator (Parts Planner/Beredare) for Materials needed for Volvo Cars Pilot Plant operations.

– Securing timely arrival of parts needed for project builds in Pilot Plant
– Contact with suppliers, to confirm upcoming deliveries and organize transports
– Reporting on Material Status
– Process improvements
– Data Analysis
– Dashboard and report creation & preparation (PowerBI & Excel)

The ideal candidate:
– Higher education such as University level: Candidat Logistics/Engineering
– Is Quick learner
– Has very good skills with Microsoft office [Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerBI] and can learn out to others including ideally macro writing & PowerQuery/DAX
– Has previous experience within logistics
– Works well under pressure
– Good collaboration skills
– Has very good written and spoken English & clear communication skills
– Has a sense of accountability
– Has prioritization skills and is a structured worker and has a pro-active mindset
