The main responsibility in our teams are to meet our customer’s expectations on quality, fuel consumption and to comply with emission legislation. This is done by verifying and validating that the developed fulfills the requirements. You will be an important contributor in engine development. In our team it is important to have good collaboration with our colleagues from design teams to workshop and test operators. Our daily work is an exciting mix of time spent in engine laboratory, data analysis, inspection of engine parts, creative meetings and present results. You will get the opportunity to follow verification from early prototype to production engines, on all our Heavy Duty Engine range in our test cell.
We plan our work according to agile principles, simplification. You are encouraged to take on tasks of your own as soon as possible, with support from experienced colleagues. We strive to have an open and honest environment within the teams, where it is easy to ask each other for support when needed. The tasks can be either part of a larger long term project or short tasks to improve products currently in production.
• Master of Science or similar technical education
• Education and/or experience of combustion engines and exhaust after treatment
• Several experience from planning, running, evaluate and document durability test
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• License for truck (C/CE) is a merit but not a demand
