The area of Customer Insights needs a Digital Analyst consultant to cover for an employee going on parental leave. Do you want to be involved in creating new knowledge about clients customers behavior in digital channels? Are you driven by finding interesting information in large datasets and spreading your insights? Then this is the right challenge for you.
In this role you will focus on various reporting, sales follow up, data quality and delivery insights for stakeholders within the division C&PC (Corporate & Private Customers).
– You have worked with large amounts of data for analytical purposes and practical applications in Adobe Analytics.
– It is advantageous if you have a basic understanding of other tools such as SAS, Big Query, Tableau or similar.
– Speak and writes Swedish and English
– You have a couple of years of experience in operational work with digital analysis.
– You are used to interpreting digital data and visualizing results in reports and dashboards.
– You can also present and describe your conclusions to stakeholders in an educational way.
