Your Role:

Requirements Management: Collaborate with R&D, IT, and Sales & Marketing Management to identify and model solutions for new and existing business needs.
Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively communicate, inform, and educate relevant stakeholders about project statuses and outcomes.
Leadership and Coordination: Lead assignments and conduct preliminary studies in the operational area. Coordinate and oversee acceptance tests ensuring high standards.
Hybrid Work Environment: Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule, spending three days per week at our Scania office in Södertälje (Monday to Wednesday).

What We Are Looking For:

Educational Background: A minimum of 3 years of higher education in a relevant field.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in Swedish and English.
Analytical and Innovative: Strong analytical skills with a knack for problem-solving and innovation.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging and informing stakeholders at various levels.
