Business Analyst

The CareTrack domain team consists of a product owner, back-end developers, and system testers. We are responsible for keeping the fleet management system up and running. We are in the process of extending our team with a few colleagues working in Bangalore and we are now looking for an addition to our team. We are looking for someone who can shoulder the role of both Business analyst and Scrum Master. A part of this role will also be to support our team with Release Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and documenting business and customer needs to propose the most optimal and valuable solution for the specific business area. You will also take the responsibility for breakdown of requirements.
• Remove risks/impediments to ensure that the team meet or exceed objectives.
• Communicate with stakeholders on different levels within and outside the team to find a way for efficient work.
• Facilitate and prepare daily stand up, sprint planning, sprint review, retrospective and more. For any actions that comes out of those meetings you make sure that they progress, and you don’t let go until they are closed.
• Contribute to a high-performing team, by focusing on improving team dynamics, feedback etc.
• Improve way of working as part of the scrum process.
• Understand our customers’ needs, our business strategy, objectives and technologies.
• Plan and follow up releases and patches
• Maintain release plans and follow up that tasks are completed

Qualifications

• Excellent skills in communication
• Several years of experience as Business Analyst and Scrum Master in an international environment
• Technical experience and interest
• Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is a merit
• Experience from working as Developer or similar is a merit
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, Swedish is a merit
