GlobalConnect has from Telenor acquired the Communications Operator (KO) Open Universe including some 200 000 customers and some 125 different SDU areas located all over Sweden. As a consequence we are running an integration project, Project Square, were we need a senior technical project manager to run a sub-project integrating the passive network.

Your key responsibilities
As Senior Technical Project Manager you will be responsible for managing, co-ordinating and executing on the following responsibilities:
Overall co-ordination and prioritization to deliver on the complete scope within the 9/18 months time frame (structure non-time critical activities to rest project)
Nwk planning of uplinks (own fiber or leased)
Site activities
Network information documentation
Landlord and co-location agreements
Secure hand over to Operations
Prepare and monitor budget and project progress
Other

Top Skills
10+ years of significant project management experience
Experience from the Telecom industry or other industry with similar infrastructure
Proven experience with people management, with direct and/or indirect influence
Solid experience in project planning, scheduling, cost management, budget forecasting and risk qualification, quantification, and mitigation
