Cooperate with global supporting team for daily base technical problem solving, troubleshootingAs this is an active member of global team, the position might require some travelling to different suppliers and manufacturers.We are looking for someone with a B.S. in computer science, engineering or equivalent and that have at least 2-3 years of experience within IT. As the customer is experiencing rapid growth, it will be beneficial if you have worked in a high-paced environment, and with global companies.
Competence in MS SQL Databases
Competence in Active Directory/GPO/DNS
Competence in Sites & Services
Competence in General IT Life Cycle Management
Competence in Logmonitoring and proactive identify issues and incidents.
Competence in Problem & Change management
Competence in VmWare Infrastructure including automation and rapid deployment of servers and systems.
Experience in Metro-Cluster and High-Availability
Experience in Orchestration with an Enterprise Service Management system.
