We are, on behalf of one of our customers, looking for a Service Owner to join their team.
The role is on-site with client in Malmö and there are good possibilities for a 1 year tenure.
We will review candidates continuously.
In this role you will be responsible for securing that the Service/s meets the required level of functionality, cost and quality.
Your responsibility spans across the entire lifecycle from Service Strategy to Continual Improvement.
You collaborate across departments and ensure that deliveries from different units and/or 3rd party partners are synchronized, effective and according to agreement.
Additionally, the Service Owner is responsible for making the services orderable and lifecycle managed.
You speak and understand Swedish and English at a good level. (Your everyday life is made easier if you know Danish and Norwegian).
Strong experience from large scale IT (Infrastructure and software development) as well as commercial understanding.
Good knowledge of collaboration services such as Microsoft 365, Conferencing and other modern workplace related technologies.
Good verbal and written communication skills, cooperation and coordination skills across internal and external organizations. You actively look for ways to improve process efficiencies and effectiveness.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
A great listener, you’re not afraid to look at things from different angels and accept there’s something new for you to learn and consider.
