We are looking for a value stream leader to lead the Sales Order mgt value stream.
Sales order mgt is a foundational capability for omnichannel retailing and a prerequisite for happy customers and sustainable growth.

This puts a high demand on people, processes, data, and technology to work in an integrated way. Therefore, we are taking a holistic, cross-functional, and cross-country approach to simplify, standardize and automate ways of working across selling, fulfillment, and finance operations.
This work has been defined as a critical priority by Management Board to secure compliance in running operations and as a pre-requisite for growth.
To enable all of this above, we need to work cross-domain and that is where the value stream leader comes in.
The value stream leader will work closely together with the Sales Order Mgt initiative leader (! So will not be the project leader of this initiative) and a new to be recruited, agile coach. In other organizations, this role might be called Release Train Engineer.
The scope of the consultant services is to assist in… Aligning priorities, needed changes in process etc. of the full E-2-E order to cash process within digital
Bringing teams together + stakeholder engagement, removing blockers, planning the work, mapping the journey.

Setting goals + tracking progress
Potentially coordination of process mapping Desired knowledge, experience, competence, skills etc:
Experience with Value Streams (a defined and agreed start – end flow in the Op Model) and its dimensions (Process, Tech Data, People/Org, roadmap)
Change managers/transformation lead
Strategic thinker, providing input for continuous improvement
