Job Description

Our client is currently on a digital transformation journey.
As part of this transformation, they have created a global organization working with the group to grow and improve their commercial solutions to generate better customer and business value.

They are setting themselves up to work agile, based on the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and the value stream (Lead to Cash) is now looking for an experienced Scrum Master within the DevOps team in Sales Order Management. This to support their business and customers in the best possible way. They strongly believe in a customer-centric “outside-in” approach.

The Scrum Master’s primary responsibility is assisting self-organizing, self-managing teams to achieve their goals. The Scrum Master also works with the extended Scrum Master community, including Release Train Engineers to increase the effectiveness of SAFe across the teams. In the scrum master role, you will be working with 2-3 teams of 5-10 people in each.

In this role you’re expected to
Lead, coach, manage and develop people and teams within the area of responsibility, supporting them to reach their highest potential with focus on agile, customer- and service-oriented behaviors.
Lead the change: demonstrate the values, mindset, and principles of Lean-Agile Leadership.
Assure the SAFe/Agile structure and mechanisms are implemented and secure program execution.
Manage up and across the team: eliminate impediments and relentlessly improve operations and flow.
Facilitate the team’s progress toward team goals.
Facilitate events.
Promote SAFe quality practices
Support SAFe adoption.
Lead team efforts in relentless improvement.
Exhibit Lean-Agile leadership.
Support the Product Owner.
Coordinate with other scrum masters and agile coaches.
Enable organizational effectiveness.
Facilitate preparation and readiness for ART events.

Certified and Experienced Scrum Master.
Experiences from implementing ERP systems. (Preferable M3, or iScala).
Understand the standard processes within Sales Order Management or Finance.
Good understanding for how processes, technology and organization/People interlink together.
Both Service Order Management and Project Order Management in M3 is relevant knowledge.
Fluent in business English both in writing and in speech.
You are structured and driven, with the ability to see the big picture.
You are collaborative and adaptable, able to interact with all kinds of people.
You also need to be comfortable in not being the subject matter expert, more focusing on driving the process with a lean-agile mindset.
Relevant academic background and a prior experience in IT delivery or software development, and/or an agile way of working.

Top skills
Understanding of processes in a global manufacturing company, is an advantage.
Both Service Order Management and Project Order Management in M3 is relevant knowledge.

Experience from Microsoft Azure DevOps is an advantage.
Having a background knowledge or even expertise from ERP systems is very beneficial.

This assignment will start ASAP (mentioned date is indicative) and has long-term potential.
This assignment is hybrid with expected on-site presence in Lund appr 60%.
