Revenue-Driven Product Director for International B2B SaaS Growth
Job Description
We are looking for a senior Product Director to own and drive a long-term product vision with revenue as the guiding star. This is a high-impact role requiring strong leadership, commercial sharpness, and the ability to translate company strategy into actionable product strategy across multiple markets.
You will own product vision, roadmap, packaging, pricing, and monetization, driving measurable impact on ARR, churn, expansion, and attach rate. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and executive leadership, you will ensure the product organization delivers real business outcomes.
This role demands decisive leadership, the ability to scale product processes pragmatically, and a strong execution mindset. Initial contract 6 months, based in Malmö or Stockholm.
