Job Description

We are, on behalf of one of our customers, looking for a Project Coordinator to strengthen their organization.
This assignment will start ASAP (mentioned date is indicative), has long-term potential and will be performed both on-site and remotely.
We’re reviewing candidates continuously.
We need the CV in an editable format and in English language.
In this assignment you’re expected to:

Manage all reporting for Group IT
Manage all updates in the PPM tool for Group IT
Support and create required PMO material related to Group IT
Ensure Notes/Minutes of meeting from all meetings to ensure a documented view
Take on any other administrative matters that is required to move the Group IT Tower forward

Top Skills
Experience from Programme lead assignments (or similar)
Can work independently
Accurate personality
Ability to learn and use new software
Is very hands-on
Fluent in Swedish and/or Danish
Comfortable working with MS Excel and Powerpoint
