Job Description

Assignment background
The client is the largest community for healthtech companies in the Nordics.
The member companies offer a variety of world-class healthtech solutions which empower the individual, patients as well as professionals.

the client are now starting a process to offer international organizations and companies, partners, collaboration with the aim of increasing the opportunities for our portfolio companies within the health tech sector to reach international customers and venture capital as well as identifying soft landing opportunities abroad.

Assignment specification and Scope
Carry out a thorough analysis of the most interesting European markets (3-5) for the member companies having a B2B, B2C, or B2G business model in terms of hospitals, independent clinics, home care and elderly care and/or organizations assisting them.

This includes, the identification of organizations that would be prone and of need of solutions within the health tech segment. Ideally, these organizations should have future piggy-backing potential.

Assist the team on performing an assessment of the project’s key core competencies, regarding market development, that are mostly relevant to the aforementioned target markets with the purpose of utilizing them to correctly approach the target.

Develop a go-to-market strategy for these selected markets, including direct contacts and networks.

Objective and results
3-5 identified markets and market entries which shall have a documented market need as well as market potential for the member companies as a group in the B2B, B2G, and B2C sector. For each market shall exist a minimum of 3 qualified access points where a first contact is taken

Timeline and delivery
The work is to be started September 15 and to be concluded and fully reported November 15 (to be discussed)

Competence and experience
Well documented experience in health care value networks, as hospitals, home care, elderly care as well as occupational health, primarily in the Nordics, UK and Central Europe. Highly connected in interest areas. Accumen and understanding of the health tech industry and its implications on disrupting traditional healthcare systems, care chains, healthcare payment streams, etc. Entrepreneurial and creative, think out of the box.
