Desired knowledge, competence, experience, skills etc.:
Data migration experience on a large HR transformation programme
Ability to direct team members and to engage with colleagues in end markets
Requirements management methods and tools
Ability to collect, substantiate, analyze, verify and prioritize information on all (detail) levels and derive relevant and accurate business
Data methods and tools with focus on business acceptance
Ability to combine Business and IT knowledge
Basic knowledge of IT Delivery processes, IT Strategy and the business information it contains- Solutions and best practices on the market (benchmarking)
