Job Description

The role is divided in two parts
Be the link between E.ON Global process owner (Problem and Change management) and the local E.ON Sweden IT development teams.
Support, implement and maintain the global change & problem processes to our local IT Teams.
Analyze the current implementation of the central ITIL framework. Can we work smarter, more or less with the current setup.
This work requires a broad knowledge of ITIL.

It’s beneficial to have a good understanding of devops methodology
Very good knowledge of the ITIL framework
Ability to work with strategic planning with the future operations model and how the ITIL framework meet Devops.
Ability to work hands-on and improve existing workflow together with the IT Teams.
Experience from working with ServiceNow tool.
