Job Description

We are now looking for a senior Business Analyst/Management Consultant on the behalf of our client.
One important part of our clients Concept is Food. In Food Digital they co-create the business plans for their Food and together with stakeholders across the company, develop and implement these solutions, and support the continuous operation when needed.
The success of the client is to a large extent based on passion and getting things done. Food Digital is a fast-moving organisation with a big and complex agenda where things are changing every day – which we expect you to feel comfortable with and inspired by.

The Integrated Food Store Supply programme is one of the largest change initiatives within the client, developing two new capabilities for the business:

iFoodStore, which are processes and tools to optimize operations in the stores, e.g. goods receiving, inventory management, replenishment, etc.
iFoodPlan, which are processes and tools for planning the range and forecasting with the purpose to create transparency between global Business Area Food and the retail markets of what and how much is sold where and when.

The capabilities are integrated and are key contributors to the end-to-end value chain for programme. During summer 2022 the capabilities will be piloted in one of the clients markets and over the next years, they will be rolled out globally as well as further improved and optimised.

The scope of the consultant
We look for a very senior Business Analyst or Management Consultant, who can lead the work in the area of Range Management (iFoodPlan) during the pilot phase. Our current Business Analyst will be off for parental leave and we need someone who can fast understand the business context and IT solutions to secure a successful pilot implementation and preparation for global rollout. Responsibilities includes:

Stakeholder management on various levels in both global organization and retail market
Requirement management of the IT solution and communication with IT vendor
End-user training
Process mapping, securing new capabilities are effectively integrated in existing business processes
Follow-up pilot implementation and making lessons learned for global rollout
Co-operation with stream leads, test team, other Business Analysts and Business Architects
