Job Description

Our client’s M365, MFA, ATP, AzureAD, and teleconference services are covered by two partners. We are looking for a Service Manager who could manage the partners delivery and would represent services internally at our client company.

Individual accountabilities
Operational Service Management
Change Management
Monitor, review, report and improve service performance including suppliers
Manage the support contract in the service
Continual improvement of services for efficiency, security and for end user experience
Knowledge about M365, MFA, ATP, AzureAD and teleconference services
Shared accountabilities
