To support the implementation and way of working according to Safe.
They need support to translate agile values into implementation. Focus will be to support 2 development teams and related line organization. The ambition is also to work with scrum masters with similar tasks to align the implementation.
Drive the programme towards full maturity in applying Agile Ways of Working and continuous improvements, including coaching Programme Managers, Project Owners and Teams
Lead the work in the Programmes, when applicable, to prepare for and run Program Increments (Planning, execution, demos).
Lead and build mature Teams, both new and existing and plan for proper handover to the team
Secure most efficient and effective application of Agile methodologies to continuously improve Program ability to deliver by applying various communications means, such as: training’s, seminars, one-on-one coaching, improvement networks and working as a bridge between the Programme Managers, Agile coaches and line organisation.
Secure alignment and productivity across different programs and organisations when it comes to Agile operating model in collaboration with central Agile Coaches.
Secure the Programme adoption of new ways of working following the new development process, by contributing in Design Sprints, identifying and supporting pilots, and driving the implementation.
Identify capabilities, training needs and other enablers required to facilitate the Programme evolvement to Agile, including most relevant tools.
Contribute to further develop the role based on the needs of the organisation.
