Job Description

The consumer business unit within the company is now looking for a driven Product Communicator to manage product related communication activities for their fundamental lawn mowing portfolio.

Our client is the world’s largest producer of outdoor power products including robotic lawn mowers, chainsaws, trimmers and ride-on lawn mowers. Our client is also the European leader in consumer watering products and one of the world leaders in cutting equipment and diamond tools for the construction and stone industries. The Group’s products and solutions are sold via dealers and retailers to both consumers and professional users in more than 100 countries.

This role is a part of the global consumer marketing team within Company Division, responsible for strategy and execution of 360 marketing communication. You will be part of a small, highly engaged and professional team with high pace, great collaboration and commitment that always seek to improve the end customer experience of the brand. This role is also very interlinked with Product Management department for the Wheeled (lawn mowing) category for which this role is responsible.

As Product Communicator Specialist you will get the chance to develop within a global setting and a cross-functional organization and be part of an exciting journey to continuously strengthen our consumer offering through excellent product communication.

Examples of work tasks
Manage product communication assets for company lawn mowing products such as walk-behind lawn mowers and ride-on mowers targeting consumers globally
Build up structure and ensure relevant and correct content in PDM system (STEP), including product texts, technical data, features texts and studio images.
Responsible for production of studio images and how to films
Responsible for proofreading catalogues, brochures, sell in material, online and in-store assets connected to the portfolio to secure correct description and technical information. Also to ensure purposeful and attractive delivery.
Coordinate activities regarding event set-up and products for international sales conferences, internal events & external events
Support for outdoor photos and film productions together with brand marketing team and participate during photo shoots
Project lead portfolio related communication projects

Previous experience as a marketing coordinator or communicator

Top Skills
Minimum 3+ years of experience from product communication and handling of PDM systems.
Extensive experience of working in an international environment.
Experience of project leadership or other relevant work experience with cross functional responsibilities
Fluent in English is required. Interpersonal Competencies
