Job Description

We are looking for a new consultant within Marketing Communications – Digital Channels and Activations
The Digital Channel Owner will define and implement the roadmap (strategy) for our clients Email, Mobile Application and Webinar channels and plan in close collaboration with customer hub Business Area Owners across central/cluster/market.

He/she will drive continuous improvement with key stakeholders and ensure platform development focuses to enable a good user experience, improved brand perception, generate leads and enable sales.

The incumbent will act as the eCRM, mCRM and Webinar channel owner by participating in different forums/projects to identify specific needs and provide recommendations/advice for optimal platform usage and efficiency, this being a global role.

Work tasks
Define and lead the digital channel roadmap (strategy) and plan covering areas such as UX/design, navigation/structure, lead management, channel integration and data model, component development, journeys and segmentation models and personalization. Should include focus areas, per year, based on Business Area Owner input, external benchmarking, and best practices.
Implement a new way of working with Internal Stakeholders to safeguard continuous improvement with regular development releases. This new WoW should include a way to identify, drive and prioritize customer hub needs/requirements in regular and scheduled alignment sessions.
Measure and communicate channel performance based on specified KPI’s. Align with Marketing Activation Specialist to develop ‘self ‘service’ dashboards for analytics and insights.
Stakeholder management – collaborate with different stakeholders and act as the channel owner. Participating in different forums/projects to identify customer hub specific needs and provide recommendations/advice for optimal channel usage and efficiency

Top Skills
We believe you have a University degree or equivalent in Marketing Communications or equivalent and you are fluent in English, verbally as well as in writing.
To be successful in this position, you would need 5-7 year marketing communications experience in a complex equipment sales environment preferably in Food Industry as well as digital marketing experience (marketing automation, digital platforms, digital integrations and implementations and data).  
You are a confident, driven, and dynamic leader with a strong business mindset, experienced at building effective relationships at all levels
As a successful candidate you have strong analytical skills with high personal drive and result orientation, with proven track record in managing digital marketing channel projects
