Job Description

Responsible to establish and maintain collaboration with key stakeholders within the defined DM Operating Model as well as fronting Projects when in a start-up phase.
Secure that processes and ways of working regarding Demand Management and Project Execution exist and are followed.
In collaboration with main stakeholders secure that scope and time/resource-plans exist for all change activities.
Support the Lead Architect with sprint planning including follow-up of progress
Responsible for Service Level Agreements. Including follow-up and securing alignment with business expectations and dependencies to other services.
Manage business expectations and provides transparent communication regarding planning and progress of change activities.

Top Skills
The IMCC Delivery Manager is the main initial contact for Business Stakeholders and Projects.
The Delivery Manager capture all aspects of IT change impacting IMCC and secure its done in-line with agreed processes and ways of working.

The Delivery Manager represents IMCC within the DM Network structure and facilitates all interactions with projects during their starting phase. 
The Delivery Manger in cooperation with Lead Architect plan, execute and follow-up work performed by Delivery Teams within IMCC.
