We are now looking for experienced Talent Acquisition Team Lead to lead a team of 12-14 Talent Acquisition Specialists. The team is together responsible for attracting, sourcing, hiring and onboarding global tech talents to Business Tech.
As a Talent Acquisition Team Lead you will be responsible of leading the operational work of the team. You work with an agile mindset and leadership and contribute to an including and an inspirational work environment. The team you will be part of are highly skilled and will give all to create a great candidate experience, always challenging status quo. It is a TA team with a lot of different skills, backgrounds and knowledge so you will be able to really broaden your horizon and learn from your team members.
In your role you will also work close with the Talent Acquisition Manager and the other Team Leads with the overall planning and strategy for the area. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders and other TA teams. You will work close to the leaders within the domain you are supporting to make sure that your team support the needs.

You are confident in yourself and accustomed to working with experienced managers. You have great experience leading teams and is known for your servant leadership skills and your excellent stakeholder relations.
