We are now looking for one experienced Talent Experience Coordinator/Administrator.
As a Talent Experience Coordinator, you will work as a central part of the TA team with onboarding and consultant administration. You will support the recruiters and managers in the daily work with different administrative tasks and give the candidates the best possible candidate experience. You will have a close dialogue with hiring managers to plan for the onboarding of new colleagues and consultants. Great coordination skills are a must, as you will have several onboardings running in parallel. Basic knowledge of tech and engineering is a plus as you will interact with talents (and managers) with these competences.
Handle consultant administration in collaboration with Commercial, Staffing Partners and other colleagues involved in the consultant process.
Perform administrative duties as required to support the recruiting team
Build and maintain productive collaboration with other coordinators cross-functional
Ensure that all new colleagues have a first onboarding plan and get an excellent onboarding experience
Update and maintain information on Sharepoint related to Staff Responsibility, Pre/On-and Offboarding
Excellent administration and coordination skills
Self-driven in a fast-paced recruiting environment with the ability to take own initiatives
Communicate professional and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally with our candidates
Well organized with a structured way of working
Good communication skills
Master fluent English in speech and writing
