Sourcing engineering profiles for a specific short-term project/leap for the Klarna App domain.
The profiles will mainly be senior react native engineers. The goal is to hire 8 “performance” engineers for the App team before the summer.
Sourcing candidates, mainly on platforms like LinkedIn and Github. Participating in weekly meetings with stakeholders and internal TA to present candidates and discuss reach out strategies.

Prior technical sourcing experience, specifically sourcing software engineers.
Prior experience defining and executing sourcing strategies.
Track record for successfully identifying and engaging exceptional tech talent.
Experience in sourcing for candidates through multiple channels (web,
social/professional networks, etc.)
Professional working level of English
Senior level: 5+ years.
Experience sourcing react-native engineers.
