The TA organization is focusing on recruiting for different competences within Business Tech,
and you will work in the team focusing on AI, Analytics & Data skillsets. You will thereby be an important part of a multi competent TA team that recruits highly skilled tech profiles.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a leading role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talents for our new global product organisation Business Tech. You will be a part of a team who constantly try to think new and challenge the status quo.
You will particularly focus on recruiting profiles such as Data Engineers, Data Scientists and Data Analysts.
You will also contribute towards developing our talent practices.
Your job may include all parts of the recruitment process and work close to various hiring managers.
Above all, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring the best talent out there by networking and ensuring our presence as an attractive employer within tech. Some other important parts of the role can be;
Stake holder management, ie build strong partnerships with various stakeholders
Suggest improvements, design, and develop processes for ensuring high validity and efficiency
Work closely together with the whole Talent Acquisition team and other departments to make sure we attract and hire the best talents
Collaborate and share knowledge and practices
Recommend and drive improvements to enhance and scale our overall recruiting practice

Ability to take responsibility, work proactively and continuously improve activities in complex, quickly transforming environments
Experience from working as tech headhunter, and thereby actively attracting passive candidates
Several years of experience from recruiting IT and Tech profiles and preferably for agile product teams
Experience from recruiting within AI (roles such as data science, big data and analytic roles)
Extensive experience from end-to-end recruitment
Experience from working in a global context
Experience from handling relocation
Solid experience managing applicant tracking systems
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize
Fluent in English, both written and orally
