You will be based in Stockholm in a modern office setting with more than 1000 colleagues of more than 70+ nationalities dedicated to both global, regional and local functions.We are looking for someone to join our team of eight colleagues in our Swedish operational support. In this role you’ll be providing both technical and operational support within our services operation.
Your main responsibility will be the delivery of outstanding support to our end consumers, not only solving their immediate issue but rather leaving them with a positive experience and comfortable feeling of being taken care of.
Handle questions and complaints from consumers
Handle product exchanges, ordering of products and supporting colleagues in the operations and technical team
Handle claims and requests from our service stations and ISP-partners
Investigate and decide actions on property damage and insurance claims
Support the Partner Support Specialist following up and improving ISP performanceQualifications:
Experience from customer service position or similar
Knowledge in SAP is desirable
Strong knowledge of MS Office
Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken
