Job Description

As an HR Business Partner you will lead the HR/People vision in close collaboration with the domains and your HR colleagues to enable high performing teams. Our delivery is versatile and your broad experience from working with HR in a tech company will be a strong contribution to us. Your daily tasks will vary between workforce planning, compensation & benefit, learn & develop, labour law, work environment, talent management & talent acquisition.

You will follow up and analyze people data in order to identify trends and recommend solutions to strengthen our performance, engagement and culture. Also, you will play a critical role for our Business Tech to become the place to be for tech talents!

You have at least 8 years of experience of HR business partnering. Experience from working in an organization with tech competencies is a requirement.
