Within this team the mission is to grow long lasting relationships with our customers by presenting them with a relevant product selection and inspiring content through external media channels.
This person will be designing a new application called External Collabs, which is a group wide tool that will be used by brands to collaborate with brand ambassadors (influencers, stylists, celebrities, KOLS, editorial staff). T
his designer can step in where our previous designer (who left the company) left off, so there is groundwork in place.
In this role you will be working in a team with 2 Business Experts and 2 Software Engineers to build the application further.
The team is currently building the showroom application part and will then once sketches are done move into the brand ambassador part.
As a Digital Product Designer, you should be able to design the mock-ups of the expected UI adhering the business needs.
And you should be able to design the UI components, following H&M standards.
Practical Experience with delivering great Product Design
Plus if there is previous experience / knowledge in designing applications to be used for specifically influencer/PR collaborations or comparable portals / dashboards / databases
Plus if you already worked with H&M previously, have needed access / systems set upWhat You Will Do:
Champion design in projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple launches with significant Product Design responsibility.
Research user behaviors, validate concepts with end users and turn insights into value-adding products and services.
Lead to visionary work and idea generation at a cross-product user journey level.
Visualize and prototype design concepts at varying levels of fidelity, from paper and wireframes to interactive digital prototypes, for mobile apps and web.
Collaborate with Product Designers, Brand- and Visual Designers, Developers, Product Owners, Business Analysts and other stakeholders.
Be the voice and advocate of the customer, constantly up to date with the latest trends, design possibilities and thinking within digital product design.
Facilitate creative workshops and collaborative sessions with multi-disciplinary teams.
Develop and refine user-centered design processes and best practices.

Experience with retail, fashion or comparable consumer brands.
A professional with experience with delivering great Product Design.
Strong conceptual thinker who understands not just design execution, but the business aspects of the products as well.
Proven track record of delivering simple, delightful end-to-end user journeys with a strong customer empathy mindset.
Systems-level design thinker infused with solid knowledge of design standards, processes, industry best practice, and trends.
Passionate about understanding the users’ needs, motivations, behaviors and are able to translate them into actionable deliverables
Excellent communicator able to articulate design rationale with solid analytical thinking and problem-solving capability – you love to simplify the complex
