The Global Online Experience (GOX) unit is leading the way towards online sales and building the best relationship with our customers to provide the freedom to move in a personal, sustainable and safe way. The GOX Data Insights team supports the organization with state-of-the-art data competence and thinking to bring value to our customers throughout their journey with us.

We are looking for a senior Data Analyst for the company Fleet business to join our newly formed GOX Data Insights team.
In this role, you will work in close collaboration with the Fleet product team to create and provide a seamless and inspiring online customer journey, targeting our B2B customers.

Work description
Collaborate with the Product teams to drive the definition of relevant KPIs to understand and improve the overall quality of the experience.
You will work hands-on on large data sets to build dashboards, extract valuable data insights and also work on selected more holistic topics.
You will own end-to-end analytics for your product area, from tracking and defining KPIs to running A/B tests to evaluate the impact of new features.
In addition, you will be expected to actively contribute to developing a community of practice, foster a data-driven culture and a consumer-centric mindset across the company.

Top Skills
3+ years experience as Data Analyst/Scientist or similar role with a track record of improving results through data
A university degree in an analytical field (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Business) or equivalent
Experience with Google Analytics or a similar digital tool such as Adobe or Firebase
Past usage of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Data Studio, Power BI or similar.
Experience conducting A/B tests.

Experience from Tag Management techniques is a plus.
Experience with SQL databases, Python, R or similar
