Job Description

Södertälje Scania is driving an SAP implementation project for a battery factory that is now in the building phase.
We are looking for a consultant supporting us in the Production Planning and Inhouse (goods reception – put away – line feeding) domain.
A working day can be like a GAP analysis workshop “As-Is & To-Be” and you lead the activity.
We also run projects in Agile way and there could be a project related activity like; define the next coming delivery with workshop/meeting with the business, product owner and developers.
We have pulse meetings every day.
You have a background within IT and logistics domain and knowledge of involved Logistics processes.
Daily based work will be in close collaboration with a solution architect and logistical developer as well as IT teams.
You like teamwork; connect and communicate with different teams and work in close collaboration with developers, integration, AWS, Data lake teams.

Main responsibilities 
Analyze Business requirements, mapping specifications, and integration options
Compare integration options with pros and cons and facilitate decision-making with stake holders
Ability to adapt language, use of technical terms and technical level so that all involved parties understand what is said and decided
Use your advanced communication skills to interact effortlessly with your stakeholders
Ability to build trust and enhance the relationship between the business and IT organisation
Identify, understand and document requirements from the business: functional requirements, non-functional requirements and perform related analysis
Map requirements (connecting user stories to processes/production landscape, to help the software architect to design solution)
Lead and conduct workshops including modelling, fit gap analysis and documentation.
