Job Description

We are looking for a Team Facilitator / Scrum Master for our customer.
The Team Facilitator / Scrum Master will help our customers teams by coaching, mentoring, and leading people through group processes.
The candidate needs to be experienced in the area and be able to coach others.

Top Skills
Be responsible for 1 – 2 development teams
Facilitate work with planning and tracking tools to ensure known team status
Ensure collaboration arenas for the teams
Help the teams produce the desired outcomes and results
Improve the team’s potential
Foster a self-managing culture and capability among team members
Ensure meeting efficiency and effectiveness for the team, identify and remove bottlenecks
Support the line managers in their responsibilities of coaching, mentoring and supporting the teams
Facilitate team understanding of risks and how to mitigate risks
Ensure continuous inspect and adaption of the Way of working e.g. retrospective To be successful in the role you must have
Worked in a leader role in an agile process, for instance as a Product Owner or Scrum Master
A coaching and mentoring approach to help individuals to grow
An understanding of group psychology and how the group processes works in a team
Ability to use situational leadership (direct, delegate, support, coach/mentor) based on the teams needs
A tool-box of exercises to be used for getting effective workshops and meeting and improve team spirit
