Job Description

Component Project Leader Headlamp Control Module ART Exterior Systems has the responsibility to develop the vehicles exterior mechatronic systems, such as exterior lighting including headlamps, rear lamps, wiper, washer, sensor cleaning and rear-view systems. The responsibility incudes function development as well as hardware and software. The Exterior Lighting Functions team is responsible for the function ownership and function development of the exterior lighting and software needed to control the lighting functionality. We are now looking for a Component Project Leader to strengthen our team. You will act as project leader for all activities related to the development and maintenance of Headlamp Control Module (HCM). The work will include planning and implementation of hardware and software changes cross vehicle projects. The work will be done in an agile scrum team using SAFE framework. The team consist of system designers, test engineers and hardware and software engineers.

Establish the technical solution and align with stakeholders
Secure the final product through quality assuring actions such as FMEA, Design Reviews and test planning
Secure that design prerequisites are developed in time and fulfilled during component sourcing
Follow up budget for the component development
Be the technical contact for all issues related to the component
Lead the technical team consisting of the supplier and the internal team members Required qualifications
B.Sc. grade within Electronics, Computer, Mechatronics, or a similar level of education
Experience from working as project leader or team leader, preferably within automotive
Fluent communication in English Desired qualifications
Previous experience from leading sourcing activity including ESOW prep.
Experience from software or hardware design for automotive
Knowledge of System Safety ISO26262 and Autosar Personal qualities
Self-driven and reliable
Result- and business oriented
Strong ability to build relations and lead a team forward
Structured with good documentation and communication skills
