Job Description

As Developer in the Air Quality team you will bring design engineering (mechanical/electrical) competence to the Agile development team and support the team with air quality development in all phases.
As a part of a development team you will together with other team members, Scrum Master and Product owner decide and prioritize tasks and together make sure to deliver the scope of climate development.

You will work in close cooperation with suppliers, purchasing, manufacturing engineers, SQM, testing department and other support team members within the company as ELP and EMC.
The work demands a personality that drives all tasks effective and finds ways to implement the best possible solution with no deviations regarding quality assurance. You will drive SW and HW component development for the tasks. You will need to drive for instance EMC and ELP development for your component and judge demand relevant for both the electronical and mechanical part.
The role is challenging and you will develop project leading skills, communication and technical skills by managing the Air Quality component projects, reporting status, leading the cross functional team both internally and towards the supplier to manage the deliveries according to the plan. You will lead SWJR and HWJR and develop the electronical component as well as mechanical.
You will take on the responsibilities to manage and communicate detailed plans for all concerned parties, document and communicate decisions within the team relevant for air quality deliveries and drive daily acivities in your area of expertise. Skills
We believe you have completed at least B.Sc. degree in Mechanical engineering and/or Electronical Engineering and have relevant working experience with electrical development, design engineering and product development. Previous experience in automotive industry are strongly appreciated.

Top Skills
If you have deeper knowledge within climate system area, specifically with air quality is a merit.
Understanding of agile way of working is a plus and currently important requirement, due to transformation period in the company.
You need to be fluent in English, spoken and written, and have a driving license “B”, valid in Sweden.
