As a Talent Search Specialist, you will be accountable for identifying and connecting with potential candidates.
You will be a partner with Hiring Managers and Technical Recruiters to support current and future needs.
You will build and maintain a pool of key talents and engage with them continuously to promote candidate involvement and secure a strong pipeline for upcoming recruitments.
Your responsibilities will include attracting the right talent globally by proactively sourcing, searching and contacting people around the world.
Also, you will ensure that we hire top talent whose values are in line with our culture through your initial contact up to the interview with the hiring team.
To be successful in this role you have a University degree and at least 5 years of experience in proactive search hiring.
A suitable background would include experience working in the technology industry or supporting a company in a digital transformation.
It is important that you are familiar working in a global company and have an interest in hiring talent across diverse backgrounds.
Last but not least you must be fluent in English, both verbally and written. Competence and experience is important, but personality is key!
