Job Description

For our client WirelessCar, we are looking for a Service Reliability Engineer with experience in operational coordination, incident management, and process improvement.

You will be part of the Service Reliability Engineering team (“Team Ninja”), working to ensure stable and reliable connected vehicle services for global automotive customers.

The role combines reactive operational support with proactive improvement work. You will coordinate major incidents together with DevOps teams, ensure clear communication toward stakeholders and customers, facilitate post-incident reviews, and drive improvements within operational processes and reliability practices.

A key part of the role is helping DevOps teams improve operational readiness and incident handling capabilities over time. The team also works continuously with improving operational workflows, reliability processes, and ways of working across the organization.

We are looking for someone who is structured, communicative, and comfortable working in dynamic environments where collaboration and coordination are essential. You enjoy driving progress, creating clarity during operational events, and working closely with both technical teams and stakeholders.

Fluent English, spoken and written

Meritorious
Experience from SRE, Service Operations, DevOps, or similar operational roles
Experience facilitating Root Cause Analysis or post-incident reviews
Familiarity with observability or operational support platforms
Experience working in Agile organizations
Understanding of modern cloud-based service environments

You will work closely with other SRE and DevOps teams in a collaborative environment focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement.

An on-call rotation is included approximately every 5–6 weeks.
