What you will do as Test and Quality Project lead In the new domain of digital key and approach the phone will become the primary key for your car. This will of course in turn make it crucial that quality and stability are top-notch. Are you a tech savvy test leader with a long background in leading and planning test activities, leading test teams, and don’t have any mind in getting your hands dirty as well then read further and see the fantastic possibilities in this role?
As a Test and Quality lead you will work closely with our development teams including our testers.
You will be heading the planning of testing our embedded software with automated testing included in our CI.
In this role we want you to define the roadmap in a test from a system perspective.
Our system is built on embedded software, hardware, and wireless connecting to our cloud. And yes we will test on real mobile devices and cars as well. The test scenarios are… well you tell us if you are up for it.
We have not even talked about the approach scenarios which will be our next fun part in development.
This role is a core competence in our future team build and you can expect a lot of fun in our journey towards the connected experience.
The role might include traveling so this should be expected. You and your background
You are an experienced test leader with at least 5-10 years of experience in similar roles. We see that you have a background as manual tester since this will be part of the tasks. We also would like to hear from you about the benefit of automation.
We see that you have relevant education in tests and at the same time really think that exploratory testing is an important way forward. Our field of development is very tech-heavy but the test cases also need to be based on user experience. This role is challenging and rewarding. You will need to be structured in a very firm way and also be able to present plans in an executive summary style for management.
Have the overhead sight of the needs for equipment and resources to be able to meet deadlines.
